Our story
Started because the service was missing
City Coast Cabs began with one car and a simple frustration: too many journeys around St Andrews were being offered either at short notice or at a price nobody could predict.
We wanted to run the opposite of that. Quote the fare up front, turn up when we said we would, and treat every passenger as though they might be a regular. Most of them are.
Today the fleet covers saloon, executive and minibus work, the phone is answered around the clock, and the average rating across 1,761 reviews sits at 5.0. The principle has not moved: give people a price they can trust and a driver who turns up.

Drivers we would send to our family
Every driver is licensed, DBS-checked and known to us personally. Turnover is low, so you see familiar faces.
Punctual, or we tell you
If we are going to be late you hear it from us first, with a new time. Waiting is included in the fare, not billed on.
Paperwork that adds up
Itemised receipt every time, and a proper monthly invoice for business accounts. Your finance team will not fight you on it.
